Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data preparation, filtering, exploration, analysis, and visualization to improve our Enterprise Compliance Program reporting and develop presentations to communicate key insights and observations to stakeholders.
  2. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Detect and examine key trends and patterns within intricate datasets to highlight potential Compliance risks and vulnerabilities, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Compliance Software Administration: Administer and maintain online/cloud-based Compliance and Risk Management software tools to ensure proper day-to-day functioning of the Enterprise Compliance Program, providing timely customer-service oriented responsiveness to stakeholders regarding administrative questions about Compliance policies, procedures, and processes.
  4. Compliance Adherence and Reporting: Understand and adhere to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies, and accept ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements, reporting Compliance violations when identified.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year organization/university

Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior related experience

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness, and evaluate data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Exemplary communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid foundation and experience with Excel for generating reports and statistics.
  • Foundational understanding of online/cloud-based Compliance and/or Risk Management system functionality and best practices.
