The Role
As the General Manager of St.

Neo's Brasserie, you will be a part of the leadership team which oversees the guest experience in all restaurant and bars.


Responsibilities

Hospitality - Your grace in solving problems and guest complaints will create an exceptional experience for our team and guests.

Organizational and Budgeting - Work with team to create, manage, and continuously improve financial performance and inventory, cash management, scheduling, and resources to balance team and guest experiences.

Learning and Development - Coaches and trains service team on food and beverage trends, service and hospitality delivery with goal of continuous improvement.

Aligns service team to hotel values and culture. Implements programs to recognize and reward team and personal and professional growth.
