The Role
The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the future of TaxSlayer's customer engagement strategies.

In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in achieving our customer retention goals, driving growth within the CRM channel, and pursuing an unparalleled engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and monitor email campaigns with TaxSlayer's Consumer brand
Manage day-to-day CRM marketing activities including tagging, quality assurance, and scheduling a range of campaign types.
Monitor campaigns post-deployment to validate completion and deliverability.
Maintain and update documentations related to campaign deployment or other CRM marketing activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, product, BI, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.


Data Analysis & Reporting:
Construct reports for measuring campaign performance. Analyze campaign outcomes and key metrics.

Strategy:
Contribute to the strategy and implementation of promotional SMS marketing.

Customer Engagement:
Monitor and engage directly with customers on our organic social & customer feedback channels.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related experience in field.
1-3 years of direct experience with marketing automation platforms, Iterable experience a plus.
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
