beBee is actively looking for a Business Development Manager, based in the US.
  
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with enterprise clients to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. We solve our clients' hiring problems and have fun along the way. The right candidate will be someone who’s a team player and can work independently, a self-motivated experienced individual from the digital recruitment landscape.    
  
What you’ll do: 

  • Develop strong partnerships with large corporate businesses prospects and clients in the US 
  • Build relationships and close new business 
  • Prospect and identify opportunities to develop our market share  
  • Develop effective sales strategies based on market analysis
  •  Lead client’s presentations both virtually and face to face
  • Monitor, support and up-sell clients 
  • Help with campaign optimizations by analysing performance and reviewing data with your CS Analyst
  • Manage strategic partnerships with advertising agencies
  • Work directly with all levels of decision makers from C-level to analysts 
  • Coordinate with the beBee internal teams to optimize opportunity and grow the business.

What you’ll bring: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent in sales experience)
  • 1+ years' experience in the HR technology space 
  • 5+ years in quota carrying sales role 
  • You have experience in the HR tech industry, job boards or staffing business 
  • You have a proven track record of winning and upselling business with a consultative selling approach 
  • You master the full sales cycle experience: Prospecting, identify opportunities, propose solutions (writing proposals), negotiate and close 
  • You effectively develop a sales strategy for your client portfolio 
  • You feel comfortable presenting at senior level 
  • You naturally build rapport and strong relationships
  • You take ownership of accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
