What you 'll be doing:
  • Facilitate the development of new processes through process mapping, process improvement, and project management.
  • Support with facilitation expertise to provide the client with consultation and facilitation to evaluate the current processes.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Master's degree in a business or technical field to substitute for 2 years' experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 10 years of functional experience
  • Experience with business process analysis, mapping, and improvement in the IC.
  • Facilitation experience at various organizational levels
  • Basic computer skills
  • Specific knowledge of clients' organization, operations, and culture
Prefered Skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience
  • Confluence experience
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies
  • Graduate degree
Clearance Requirements:
  • TS/SCI w/Poly
