  • Drive the onboarding process for all client types and products, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to prioritize and manage onboarding tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage internal and external processes, including ISDA agreements and account opening.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client requirements, including AML, KYC, and product-to-legal-entity alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with new business policy and process requirements, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates, ensuring timely completion.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional client service, meeting Service Level Expectations during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of client service/financial institution experience (nice to have)
  • General understanding and/or prior experience in related onboarding functions (e.g., Due Diligence) is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize projects
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven
  • Strong client service orientation
