- Process undelivered debit cards, tracking data in Excel and ensuring accuracy.
- Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved within guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on new product developments and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with regulatory and audit assessments to maintain compliance.
- Provide efficient, courteous service to internal associates and external clients.
- Track and report Siebel case metrics, liaise with business partners and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform vendor oversight to ensure SLA compliance and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Handle operational functions such as response/research, account maintenance, and inquiry resolution.
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Support billing reconciliation for 40+ clients, including aged receivable tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure quality assurance and tracking for fulfillment mailings to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Assist with special projects and provide back-up operational support for various HBS processes to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, SUM function) and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service experience.
- Previous operational or administrative experience in a bank is a plus.
Pay and Location:
$21-22/hr, onsite in Pennington, NJ.
