Job Summary

SGS is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Delivery Specialist to coordinate our services locally and globally, specifically for softlines products. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process orders from clients, sales, and account management teams for local and global operations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and order processing, including opening orders and quotations in our systems.
  • Communicate client order concerns to the client, sales, and account management teams as required by account SOP or other defined client requirements.
  • Escalate non-routine order, inquiry, or service delay concerns or issues to the Client Service Manager for resolution.
  • Coordinate invoicing and set up new accounts, issue credits, and rebills as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong language skills in English, with intermediate to advanced reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical Demands
