You would work as a team with our current front desk/technician to minimize patient wait times and get them through the pre-testing process efficiently and with a smile on their face.

We have multple offices and may require you to travel between offices when needed

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Verifying patient's vision/medical insurance and copays
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Greeting patients and walking them through the pretesting process in a friendly, informative, and efficient manner.
  • Assisting doctors with medical specialty testing.
  • Maintaining a clean and well stocked exam, pre-test room, and contact lens training area.
  • Assisting the doctor with contact lens fittings, new contact lens wearer training, and scribing for medical examinations.
  • Preparing patient charts, answering the phone, and assisting patients with check-in and check-out.
  • Processing contact lens orders and returns.



NOTE:
Only applicants who complete the indeed skills test after submitting their resume will be considered for hire

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
