Job Summary

The main responsibility of an Area Sales Supervisor is to drive sales growth and achieve targets while nurturing strong customer relationships. Candidates are required to reside within the designated area (Pacific Northwest)

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to boost sales and address service issues.
  • Create and update an annual business plan in collaboration with regional management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to acquire and onboard new customers regularly.
  • Introduce new products to existing and new customers.
  • Provide training on GN Resound's products to customers.
  • Enhance presentation skills to effectively showcase GN Resound's technology.

Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred:

Experience:

Travel:
  • Up to 75% travel required.
Supervisory Responsibility: N/A

Working Conditions: Field-Based - occasional overnight travel.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 15lbs, standing, walking.

Position Type: Salaried, Monday to Friday schedule with occasional evening commitments.
