Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

ReSound is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining sales for an assigned territory utilizing consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a territory plan to grow and maintain sales
  • Analyze sales reports to understand growth opportunities and threats to maintaining sales
  • Build relationships with customers, then understand their needs and how ReSound can solve these needs
  • Partner with inside sales and customer service to grow and maintain sales for a territory
  • Educate customers on the company's product lines and technologies
  • Demonstrate product and provide fitting assistance, as needed
  • Serve as instructor for group training sessions throughout the US
  • Actively participates in all regularly scheduled conference calls and meetings
  • Attend all training required by the company
  • Maintain accurate customer records in shared database to enhance understanding of customer needs by the inside team
  • Maintains timely expense, travel records and sales call reports
  • Attends trade shows and industry functions as needed
  • Frequent travel required – minimum 75% travel
  • Special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • VA experience preferred
  • Clinic and hearing aid fittings preferred
  • Outside sales experience preferred
