We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Rinnai America Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the specified regional area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute residential and commercial sales programs to achieve corporate objectives.
- Coordinate with territory managers, BDM team, and Regional Sales Manager to ensure effective team performance.
- Manage a territory that includes Minneapolis, Des Moines, Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas.
- Travel up to 75% within the territory to meet with customers and partners.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, strategies, and tactics for the Rinnai assigned territory.
- Develop and grow sales in the Repair and Replace segment, assigned new construction builder Plumbing Contractors, and Commercial Mechanical/Plumbing contractors.
- Provide product and installation training to Plumbing contractors as needed.
- Implement and provide pricing, applicable discounts, advertising, and programs as approved by the Director of Sales.
- Manage and gain alignment with Distribution partners in the Territory.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales management experience working within the construction products industry.
- Industry knowledge including construction products and gas appliance applications.
- Aggressive and seasoned in sales leadership, management, and direct selling.
- Financial acumen to support clients and leverage Rinnai benefits to their business.
- Strong abilities to properly develop dealer network for all verticals.
- Competitive salary range of $86,000 - $106,000 annually plus 20% bonus paid quarterly.
