About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Open Farm, a fast-growing CPG company transforming the way people feed their pets. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, building relationships, and advocating for our brand across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze data to drive strategic plans and optimize sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the pet food supply chain
  • Provide training and support to distributors and retailers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
  • Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
  • Monitor market and industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Passion for pets and the planet
  • Proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting systems
