As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, building relationships, and advocating for our brand across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Analyze data to drive strategic plans and optimize sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the pet food supply chain
- Provide training and support to distributors and retailers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
- Monitor market and industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations
- 3+ years of working experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
