Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory to ensure the efficient and accurate tracking of all inventory-related activities. This role includes monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control. The Inventory Control Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the balance between stock availability and minimizing excess inventory, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the company.
Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including data entry and updates in Oracle NetSuite.
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and work order completion within Oracle NetSuite.
- Issue material to work orders within Oracle NetSuite.
- Receipt of all incoming material and sign off to Quality department.
- Files incident reports and debits with supplier when defective goods are found in the inventory.
- Assist in the shipping of product to our customers.
- Work with the Quality Control department on the processing of defective product and perform necessary tasks to return to supplier and review credits from said supplier.
- Ability to operator a computer a must and previous experience in an ERP is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- High School Diploma
- 5 years experience

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.
Local Pay Range
$18-$23 USD
