Generates T E planning, execution and reporting documentation

RequirementsMINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
A minimum of eight (8) years' Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operations, or equivalent experience is required
Shipboard systems may include, but are not limited to:
Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F
Integrated Submarine Communications Receiving System (ISCRS)
Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems

Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms
Strong writing and speaking skills; experience leading and working in a diverse group of coworkersand community of interest.
Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required
Work independently but collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce risk
Travel may be required for this position

DESIRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
SSEE Increment F NEC C21A
Completion of TST 102 Fundamentals of Test and Evaluation and TST 1100 Intro to Systems Engineering for Testers
Demonstrated experience with best test practices, including formal, requirements-based testing
