This role encompasses the setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of internal systems and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical leader within the IT department.
  • Manage Apple device endpoints utilizing Jamf.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving operational issues affecting deployed functionalities.
  • Conduct software testing and review application logs while documenting IT system configurations.
  • Address escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk inquiries.
  • Support technical initiatives, including procurement and implementation, to enhance system efficiency.
  • Follow engineering best practices and adhere to customer processes.
  • Respond promptly to security and usability issues.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration or engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with various Operating Systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, with a strong emphasis on macOS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, C++, Java, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, Jira, and/or Jira Service Management, Zscaler is a plus.
