Overview

The Ed&IS department at UCLA School of Education and Information Studies is looking for a Dean's Infrastructure and Initiative Processor to join their team. This role plays a crucial part in managing the school's operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for select Dean's infrastructure units and Dean Initiatives related processing and reimbursement requests.
  • Provide financial management, budgeting, accounting support, and facilitate departmental purchasing needs.
  • Assist in financial journals, ledger reconciliation, audits, and general administrative tasks.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for remote work on certain days contingent on school requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, or operations role
  • Familiarity with UCLA accounting and financial systems
  • Strong data exporting and tracking skills
  • Practical accounting experience and financial statement creation
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to work effectively in diverse groups
  • Administrative experience providing support in an office environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and analyze financial information
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
