Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of new, large-scale network infrastructure.
- Manage ongoing technology infrastructure acquisition and expansion, including the identification and integration of suitable emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize infrastructure and network service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with UCLA's vision and goals.
- Provide inclusive leadership and establish an inclusive working environment.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading teams in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience with infrastructure design, planning, and implementation.
- Expertise in technical architecture and core enterprise applications.
- Proven success leading a team with demonstrated leadership values and coaching skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical leaders.
- 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, or related field.
- Experience in complex higher education environments.
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3) certification or similar process-related certificate.
