Responsibilities Include
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including daily cash reporting and bank reconciliation.
Work closely with Treasury Department for newly created bank accounts and associated accounting processes.

Coordinate with Fund Accounting and Expense & Allocation Management Departments to ensure smooth execution of fund billing, fund refund, and fund liquidation processes.

Manage the offshore accounting team, provide technical direction for daily accounting activities, and ensure timely and accurate maintenance of accounting records.

Manage the accounting for compensation and benefits, including reconciliation and analysis of payroll, equity compensation, deferred compensation, profit-sharing arrangements, and ad hoc complex executive arrangements.

Oversee the quarter-end close process, including posting of accruals, account reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and preparation of management reports.
Review financial calculations and account analyses; create robust supporting schedules for assigned accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors in annual audits and complete requests related to the role's subject matter expertise.
Perform certain key internal control processes.
