About the Role:

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will build relationships with marine and RV dealers, serving as the main sales and service contact.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets in the assigned territory.
  • Establish positive relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales staff.
  • Offer sales support, conduct training, and assist in credit application reviews.
  • Attend marine and RV trade show events sponsored by North Shore Bank.
  • Create and implement sales systems to benefit the Bank and the representative.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in sales/marketing preferred.
  • Minimum three years of successful sales experience in the auto or marine/RV industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexible work schedule, willing to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must reside in or near the Indianapolis area.
  • Guaranteed salary for two years.
