POSITION SUMMARY
The Guest Services Lead assists in overseeing of the cashier and front gate operations of Pirates Cove. All final candidates must consent to a criminal background check.

- Assists in scheduling of seasonal staff.
- Assists in overseeing of the cashier and front gate operations of the facility department.
- Assists in the promotion, sponsorships and organization of special events.
- Assures a clean safe environment.
- Assures the proper daily opening and closing of the facility department.
- Provides training of staff in their facility department.
- Works closely with the Supervisor on Duty with the coordination of groups, rentals and birthday parties.
- Performs daily inventory of supplies and orders supplies when needed.
PREPARATION AND TRAINING
The department manage must have worked a minimum of 1 year in the department he/she has applied for and has reached the age of 18 years old.
A combination of education and / or experience may be considered that the candidate has provided the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for excellent job performance.
