About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring a high level of store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
