About the Job
Loopback Analytics is hiring a Director of Payor Access Services to help drive the development and execution of the company-wide payor contracting and network participation on behalf of the Loopback Analytics client base.
Working with the Loopback SVP of Health Systems, this position will lead the daily operation of the PAS team and interface Loopback clients as it relates to the execution of Payor Access Services.
Additionally this position will help identify and prioritize client payor opportunity by market; and develop payor-specific strategies and value propositions designed to secure specialty payor agreements.
Assist SVP of Health Systems in overall strategy and growth of the payor services model for Loopback.
Provide leadership, and daily oversight of the PAS team in the execution of Payor Access Services.
Develop key performance indicators for the PAS offering and track/report KPIs for Loopback leadership.
Help create a compelling payor value proposition for Loopback and its client base as well as payor stakeholders.
Work closely with and participate in presentations,
(sales meetings)
with the Loopback VP of Sales to articulate the Loopback PAS value proposition with the goal of securing new PAS and or SaaS clients.
Work to leverage entire Loopback client base to create opportunities for strategic collaborations and or partnerships with industry stakeholders such as plan sponsors, employers and PBMs.
RequirementsTechnical Experience:
Microsoft Office Suite

MS Word
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.
At least 3 years or more experience in a payor organization focused on specialty pharmacy
or
experience working in a health system executing on payor applications, RFPs of contracts.
Experience in a leadership role at a payor or health plan focused on pharmacy strategy and/or execution
An understanding of strategies implemented by payors and providers when contracting for healthcare services.
Specialty Pharmacy contracting experience is preferred.
Experience engaging and presenting to C-Suite and or executive leadership.
Personal Characteristics:
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate a value proposition or service to a client and achieve "buy in".
A team player with the ability to function in a matrixed organization
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelines
Travel expectation less than 20%
