Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reimbursement Case Manager to join our team at CornerStone Staffing. As a Reimbursement Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing reimbursement cases for specialty products and devices, identifying alternative funding options, and providing clinical services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reimbursement cases for specialty products and devices
  • Identify alternative funding options for patients
  • Provide clinical services to patients
  • Work interactively with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and manufacturer clients
  • Support various reimbursement and patient assistance functions
  • Respond to patient and provider account inquiries
  • Document all interactions into the client system in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
  • Previous 3+ years of experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub experience, physician's office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient keyboard skills
  • Competency in MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, and medical benefits
  • Global understanding of commercial and government payers preferred
  • Ability and initiative to work independently or as a team member
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Customer satisfaction focused
Work Environment

This is a remote work opportunity, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
