About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payor Access Coordinator to join our team at Loopback Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare system clients to ensure payor requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to edit policies in line with payor processes and regulatory standards
- Provide expert guidance on operational workflows related to payor requirements and accreditation standards
- Develop proficiency in utilizing a Power BI reporting dashboard to analyze data and identify trends
- Conduct thorough audits on payor reports for accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Attend regular meetings to update on project status and address any challenges or concerns
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our clients
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of pharmacy payors, access requirements, and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with URAC and ACHC accreditation standards and industry best practices
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in specialty pharmacy or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and data analysis tools
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Effective communication skills across all levels of a healthcare organization
