Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, investigating unpaid claims, and communicating with physicians to ensure patient care continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Process new and refill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Investigate unpaid claims and resolve issues
- Ensure accurate entry of insurance information
- Communicate with physicians for patient care continuity
- Investigate previously approved prescriptions with rejection status
- Collaborate with team members for patient care
- Perform patient benefit verification when necessary
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
- High school or equivalent
- 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
- 1 year of Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Competitive salary starting at $19.00 per hour

We offer a hybrid schedule with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends. Our office is a comfortable and quiet environment with no face-to-face interactions with patients.
