Oversee the implementation of product strategy for a designated portfolio of products/services and ensure effective business strategies and goals are met.

Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

  • Manage multiple implementation project simultaneously to define project plan alignments, ensure implementation milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budget.
  • Determine critical product implementation requirements such as resource requirements, testing requirements, and operational trial definition and selection.
  • Provide cross-functional support and coordinate implementation actions organization-wide to ensure effective decision-making.

design and develop requirements through full product lifecycle.

  • Coordinate action plans to mitigate risks, ensure achievement of objectives and improve cross-functional performance in Key Performance Indicators which may include financial, operational, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Advise on how to balance competing priorities, investments, and resources.
