* Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, state and federal regulations, and community policies
* Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures
* Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent
* Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
* Ability to possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* At least two years' experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry
* Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required
