POSITION SUMMARY:


Under the general supervision of the HRIS Director, incumbent will be responsible for and have oversight of all HRIS databases.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Primary support for ADP, payroll and time and attendance systems.
  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
  • Developing and implementing processes for efficient HR data management.
o Development of workflows and Deployment of Manager and Employee Self Service

  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Conducting ongoing audits to ensure data integrity with HR related interfaces, both inbound and outbound.
  • Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
  • Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
  • Create user documentation and procedures and assist in training users on system functionality.
  • Provide support for other HR systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years experience with HRIS databases, payroll and time and attendance systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and streamline processes.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with Payroll Software, ADP and eTime experience desirable.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
Position may be placed in Ontario, CA or Addison, TX.
