Overview:
Paladin Consulting is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving continuous improvement and innovation within our client's supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize strong analytical capabilities to assist internal stakeholders in enhancing operational efficiency and addressing technological challenges.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the IT department and various business units, gathering and defining requirements to translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners, demonstrating a thorough understanding of business processes and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Primary Duties:
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for system enhancements in automation, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Assess current business models and their integration with technology, documenting processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, including visual models, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Work alongside business teams to validate functional requirements and assess feasibility.
  • Implement project management standards, preparing work estimates and timelines for deliverables.
  • Create and execute test cases, analyze results, and resolve any identified defects.
  • Support deployment efforts, including training and change management, while documenting any issues that arise.
  • Manage personal workload to meet project deadlines and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Research & Development, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, merging business insights with technical solutions.
  • A proactive approach to learning new systems and technologies in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in SQL with extensive experience in analyzing large datasets.
  • Familiarity with modeling techniques and the ability to apply analytical skills to support business decisions.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, including AWS Glue and OCI Data Integration.
  • Basic understanding of Python programming.
  • Knowledge of process automation software and complex systems environments.
  • Understanding of methodologies in Research & Development, Process Manufacturing, and Distribution.
