Chief Growth Officer (Remote) at Children at Risk

Overview:
Children at Risk is currently looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) who will focus on fundraising and overall growth for this non-profit organization. The CGO will work closely with the CEO and senior team to deliver exceptional long-term performance and capabilities, ensuring sustainable growth, increased revenue, and expanded impact. This remote executive-level position requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with CEO and senior team on overall strategy
  • Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer on new funding and revenue streams
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for revenue generation
  • Establish strategic relationships with community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives
  • Provide leadership and direction to department staff
  • Develop revenue pipelines and forecast revenue
  • Cultivate partnerships with diverse communities
  • Collaborate on messaging and business models
  • Engage leaders in cultivating philanthropic partners
  • Champion the importance of fundraising
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through various channels
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience working with diverse communities
  • Financially astute with the ability to drive profitability
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Operates with integrity and values consistent with the organization
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles driving revenue growth. Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising strategies and operations.
