**Minimum Qualifications:**

5+ years sales experience selling capital equipment into an industrial customer base.

Skilled at conducting technical / engineering-based discussions (engineering qualifications are not necessary but a level of comfort working with technical information is a must.)

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Competent user of standard software systems and video conferencing tools (MS Office, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom or similar)

**About the Job:**

MasterMover designs and manufactures machines and robots that push and pull heavy things around. Our machines can be found moving everything from dumpsters to rockets and were fortunate to have built a customer base that reads like a whos who of the worlds biggest companies. For the businesses that use them, our machines help keep their staff safe and ensure that productivity and efficiency is maximized. You will be tasked with growing our revenue from this sector through strengthening relationships with our existing customers and seeking out new business opportunities across the whole of North America.

The Dealer Sales Executive will be responsible for signing up new dealers in the territory and providing them with the training and support they need to be successful. The objective will be to build a network of dealers who actively promote and sell MasterMover products into their local customer base.

The role will involve a combination of desk work, group presentations, product demonstrations, and factory visits. There will be extensive travel throughout the territory, driving a pickup and trailer.

Candidates should be able to work at least one day per week in our Charlotte office on Arrowridge Blvd.

**Responsibilities:**

Identify prospective dealers in the territory and create door opening discussions with the sales leadership team / business owners.

Deliver group presentations that educate dealer sales teams on MasterMover products and where to find sales opportunities.

Support dealer sales reps with factory visits, technical evaluations, and product demonstrations.

Prepare commercial proposals.

Manage and develop existing dealer relationships in the territory.

Use the CRM system (HubSpot) effectively to manage the sales pipeline and ensure that revenue objectives are met.

**Package:**

$80,000 base salary with uncapped commission

Fully expensed company pick-up truck

20 days vacation + 8 federal holidays (increasing with service)

Friday afternoons off (finish at 2pm)

Medical & dental insurance for you and your family (up to $1000 per month employer contribution)

401k scheme (4% of base salary employer contribution)
