The Branch Sales Coach plays a pivotal role in providing personalized coaching support for leaders and representatives within the organization. This position is essential for enhancing individual and team performance, achieving corporate objectives, and ensuring that members receive tailored products that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies at both the team and individual levels that align with the organization's strategic goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and fellow Coaches to ensure a uniform experience across the sales channel.
  • Monitor and ensure the effective execution of established coaching strategies.
  • Analyze relevant sales metrics and KPIs, providing timely feedback to stakeholders, including representatives and leadership, to enhance performance.
  • Conduct training sessions on incentive structures, sales methodologies, and behaviors that improve the member experience.
  • Demonstrate effective relationship-building techniques in real-time.
  • Encourage the adoption of sales strategies, business processes, and technology through direct observation.
  • Design and execute sales competitions to motivate the team.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a dynamic retail or outbound sales environment, including at least one year of coaching representatives to improve sales productivity.
  • Proficient in articulating complex ideas clearly and professionally, adapting communication for various audiences, including leadership and technical teams.
  • Skilled in utilizing data and analytics to derive insights and inform strategic direction.
  • Adept at identifying individual and team performance gaps and creating actionable plans for improvement.
  • Capable of influencing others towards a shared vision and objectives.
  • Experienced in managing change within a complex operational landscape.
  • Broad understanding of credit union operations, including functions, products, services, and regulations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree.
