    • Ensure peak plant efficiency by minimizing downtime, maximizing throughput, consistently meeting production targets within budget, reducing waste and improving yield, and driving process improvements that boost productivity.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding sales targets, expanding and maintaining the customer base, and executing a customer service strategy that ensures high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Product Development
    • Oversee and manage the product development process in collaboration with customers, ensuring project targets for volume, cost, and quality are met by guiding products through development and maintaining clear communication for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Quality Control, Safety, and Compliance
    • Maintain high product quality, ensure a safe working environment, and achieve full compliance with food safety regulations by improving quality scores, achieving zero non-compliance and lost-time incidents, implementing a continuous improvement plan, and conducting regular audits.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead, motivate, and develop the plant's workforce by maintaining high employee satisfaction and retention and establishing clear performance metrics to ensure sustained engagement and productivity.
  • Financial Management and Cost Control
    • Manage the plant's budget, control costs, and drive profitability by meeting or exceeding financial targets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing initiatives that enhance profitability without compromising quality.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the plant and ownership by establishing a consistent reporting system, providing transparent and accurate updates, and promptly addressing operational needs to ensure transparency and clear communication.
Requirements of the Position
  • Experienced in team leadership and ability to support team members in a variety of functions.
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management best practices.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and seeking out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Strong ability to identify operational inefficiencies, pinpoint bottlenecks, and optimize processes for greater effectiveness.
  • Ability to assess ROI and clearly communicate impact to leadership and internal day-to-day operations.
  • Servant leadership approach to roll up sleeves and work side-by-side with team members to best assess operational needs and opportunities.
  • A thoughtful and intentional approach to change management.

About the Company

This Executive Director will play an instrumental role in strategically planning for scalable growth by operationalizing the facility and supporting the team through facility expansion and automation. This key hire will report directly to the ownership group and be the business leader for Full Service Foods.
