Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Executive at Motion & Flow Control Products, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships through direct sales initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21 due to driving responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in computer applications (MS Office)
  • Eagerness to learn new software
  • Previous experience in industrial distribution is advantageous
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
  • Reliability and consistent attendance
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position entails a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and driving, with occasional heavy lifting. Candidates should expect a varied work environment, including office settings, manufacturing sites, and client locations, with a travel requirement of approximately 30%.
