Job Description:

Positions Available:
Lift Solutions Holdings offers complete industrial lifting solutions, including OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services, and parts for various lifting equipment. We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Cleveland, OH to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to assigned accounts quarterly, as a minimum requirement, to explore sales opportunities.
  • Diversify product offerings in all accounts based on their requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments to pinpoint possibilities, provide suggestions, submit proposals, and secure deals.
  • Establish rapport with purchasing, maintenance, tool crib departments, and other key decision makers.
  • Follow up on internet leads specific to the market or customers.
  • Spot market prospects and devise a communication approach for new business and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Follow up on quotes and employ sales procedures to close deals.
  • Respond promptly to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Proposal Requests.
  • Leverage all resources effectively to deliver outstanding customer service and product solutions.
  • Spend time with Service Technicians at client sites to identify opportunities and enhance customer relations.
  • Handle a portfolio of accounts while seeking new business prospects within the designated market segment.

Requirements:
  • Education & Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field, accompanied by three (3) years of pertinent sales and industry experience, or equivalent blend of education and practical experience.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory) and Sage 100 ERP (desirable).
  • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with the industry in a specific market.
  • A customer service or sales background with a strong orientation towards customer service.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, technical procedures, and other relevant materials.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a proven safe driving record.
