Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring successful contract renewals.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to our landscape maintenance services through effective sales management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns efficiently.
  • Facilitate the transition of clients from installation projects to ongoing maintenance.
  • Conduct quality audits in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present proposals that align with company standards.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests for proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records and track all proposals, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Manage the LMN database to support marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
  • Experience in horticulture is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with LMN software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
