Helpdesk Support Specialist

Our customer is looking for an individual to join their helpdesk team which consists of 1 other individual at the moment. This person will be supporting 340 end users from a help desk perspective. This team averages about tickets per day and majority of the issues will solved in person. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience doing remote troubleshooting as well as in person deskside support, someone who had a great personality and the ability to work well from a customer service side, and someone who is looking to grow their skill set and help with projects outside of just helpdesk support. The majority of the issues are Active Directory, o365/outlook, password resets, network connectivity and printer connectivity. Someone with a windows 10/11 experience, ability to work well with end users/present well, and has had experience setting up work stations/new computers would be a great fit.
The shift is 8-4 Monday – Friday. 100% on site. Reliability is a huge must have and being self sufficient is very much preferred.

- 2-3 years of Helpdesk Experience supporting on-site and remote issues (AD, Password Resets, Network Connectivity, Printer Connectivity, AV support, Wireless, O365/outlook)
- Strong Ability to Communicate/work well with others (culture fit is extremely valued in the organization)
