As a Talent Acquisition Partner:
What you will do:
- Assist with the company's overall recruiting efforts by building strong relationships.
- Post jobs online, screen, organize, and track all applications and resumes with the company's applicant tracking tool.
- Post jobs on external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
- Effectively communicate with hiring managers, HR team members, and other internal staff to meet staffing needs.
- Effectively communicate and cultivate a network of business, staffing, and candidate contacts
- Review and pre-qualify potential candidates.
- Understand and articulate the company's policies and benefits.
- Additional projects and duties as needed.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate, college, or business recruiting/staffing
- Relevant industry experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with internal ATS applications required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must work efficiently and accurately, prioritizing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is a must
