Strategic HR Partner

- Strong ability to work alongside fellow HR professionals to evaluate and design systems that attract, reward, and motivate talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:- Develop and implement effective employment strategies, including interviewing, assessment, and retention processes.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to enhance talent management practices.
- Identify talent gaps and devise recruiting strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to create sourcing initiatives that ensure a diverse and talented applicant pool.
- Enhance the candidate experience through continuous analysis and improvements.
- Work with Marketing to strengthen Employee Branding.
- Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process that integrates new hires into the corporate culture.
- Promote Hunter's cultural values to enhance the employee experience and ensure fair handling of employee feedback.
- Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement, including wellness and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with management on performance reviews and merit recommendations, ensuring supervisors are trained in effective performance management.
- Administer employee relations programs that align with the business strategy.
- Work with HR colleagues to analyze and design processes that attract and motivate the workforce.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with laws and company policies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8 years in human resources, with experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, and employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
