Job Description

TITLE: SENIOR IT GOVERNANCE ANALYST

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Measure IT compliance against company's IT Quality Management Framework and Information Security Standards through IT Compliance Matrix & Metric
  • Act as IT Project Manager to oversee delivery of IT managed projects (Infrastructure or applications)
  • Manage aspects of IT Service Management Systems including Change Management queue

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to collaborate with IT Senior leadership team and engage with Business as required
  • Expertise in ITIL, Infrastructure lifecycle management, ISO, Total Quality Management (TQM), CFR Part 11, Project Management methodologies
  • Understanding of good documentation practices, computer system validation, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong proficiency in various computer systems and software
  1. Proficiency in MS software packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer, MS Teams, and MS Project
  2. Experience with ServiceNow or any other IT Service Management tool
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems
  • Summary of Work

Required Experience

  • B.S. or Equivalent training/Certification Required
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Project and Quality Management and IT Operational Processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow or any other IT Service Management tool
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems
  • Mention of Valid Certifications
  • PMP knowledge considered advantageous but not mandatory
