The Analyst is responsible for delivering precise and timely consolidated financial reporting.

This position involves substantial interaction with the Corporate Controllership and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, as well as finance teams across business units. Integral Member of M&A Financial Systems Support: Contribute significantly to the support of financial systems during M&A transactions, aiding in the administration and management of HFM. Analytical Skillset: Employ a combination of analytical, functional, design, and technical skills to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. Documentation Management: Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, internal controls, and change management, ensuring adherence to established governance processes and controls.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field in Accounting. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance consolidation, FP&A, data analytics, or a related area. Over 3 years of experience with HFM, FDMEE, and financial reporting tools such as SmartView. Strong proficiency with HFM and FDMEE applications is essential. Comprehensive understanding of financial consolidation principles (e.g., cumulative translation adjustment, intercompany eliminations), as well as P&L and balance sheet processes. Proven track record in financial systems management and reporting, with a focus on supporting M&A activities. Experience in HFM and FDMEE deployment during M&A is required. Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to both business and technical colleagues. A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-reliant and accountable for outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

CPA, CMA, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis Certificate (FPAC) are advantageous. A Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is a plus. Familiarity with data mining tools, MS Power BI, Qlik Sense, and dashboard creation. HFM and FDMEE certifications or administrative training from Oracle or a partner organization.
