Human Resources Coordinator - Opportunity for Growth

The Human Resources Coordinator will be reporting to the Human Resources Manager who is a proven leader and mentor.

Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator role:

Produce and submit reports on Human Resources / Benefits / Compensation activity

Assist employees with onboarding and open enrollment processes

Maintain personnel files and filing

Monitor hours worked for benefits eligibility

Audit timecards

Assist with Human Resources administrative responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications for the

Human Resources Coordinator:
Understanding and experience with Human Resources, Benefits, and/or Compensation administration

People oriented and enjoys working within a team

Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail

Achievement oriented - enjoys taking on challenges

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
