Position Overview:

The goal of the Licensing & Credentialing (L&C) Coordinator is to manage and maintain BHC's licensing and credentialing platform and insurance verification software, Modio OneView. This includes monitoring system alerts, assigning tasks to appropriate staff, tracking credentialing workflows, and updating payor and provider information. The role also provides administrative assistance to the Credentialing Team.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead administrator of the Modio OneView system, including implementing workflows, creating reports, and performing system updates.
  • Audit network participation and collaborate with vendors to keep listings current.
  • Upload and maintain current documentation required for credentialing and licensure.
  • Monitor system alerts and assign tasks to the appropriate party.
  • Enter and maintain accurate payor and provider data in Modio.
  • Inform the Business Development and Intake teams of changes to network participation.
  • Communicate with BHC COMs and Supervisors to obtain necessary L&C documentation and notify them of upcoming expirations.
  • Liaise with Billed Right and MPN Advantage regarding credentialing efforts.
  • Work with HR and Compliance teams on provider onboarding and tracking of CME, BLS/ACLS.
  • Coordinate provider separations with relevant BHC teams and track them in Modio.
  • Consistently update provider status changes in Modio.
  • Identify areas of improvement in current workflows and update them as needed.
  • Assist the Licensing Coordinator to ensure provider licensure and hospital affiliations are current.
  • Support the Director of Network Management with ad hoc projects, assignments, and mailings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • EDUCATION : High School diploma or GED.
    1 year of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and organize data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow directives.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Efficient time management.

Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; give and welcome feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit; prioritize team success over individual interests; build morale and group commitment to goals and objectives; support everyone's efforts to succeed.

Compensation Range:

$23.00 to $26.00 Hourly
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
