Under supervision, you will handle customer and agents' inquiries and provide accurate, efficient, and courteous service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Support customers and agents by addressing queries on policy status, underwriting guidelines, and billing.
  • Communicate policy information effectively using comprehensive knowledge of Kemper systems.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues beyond set limits.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technology advancements.
  • Process payments with adherence to cash handling procedures.
  • Carry out assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience.
  • Preference for prior insurance exposure.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Desired Skills:
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Interpersonal skills and credibility building.
  • On-site role at the office.
