Job Description:

As we continue to innovate and expand our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our Ecommerce initiatives on As a Senior Product Manager for Ecommerce at , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital shopping experience for gamers and enthusiasts. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, you will lead a cross-functional team to drive the strategic roadmap, optimize user experiences, and maximize revenue opportunities on our online platform.

This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for , aligning with overall business objectives and market trends. Identify key growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives to drive revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. Collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable product plans.
User Experience Optimization: Champion user-centric design principles to enhance the online shopping experience for customers. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, continuously iterating to drive engagement and conversion.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing to monitor product performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives and drive continuous optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including merchandising, marketing, operations, and technology teams, to align priorities, gather feedback, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and gaming. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior product team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce, preferably within the retail or gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing ecommerce products or platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and consumer behavior.
  • Prior experience with A/B testing, UX/UI design principles, and SEO/SEM strategies is a plus.
