**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) framework and tagging strategies to support business goals.
* Identify gaps in reporting and prioritize analyses to inform strategy development and decision-making.
* Monitor the health of Google Analytics data and flag anomalies to prevent loss of visibility into business performance.
* Develop and maintain accurate, intuitive, and self-serviceable dashboards using Tableau, Data Studio, and PowerBI.
* Set up, monitor, and communicate results of A/B tests.

**Requirements:**

* 4+ years of experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other parts of the Google Cloud Platform.
* 2-3 years of writing and tuning complex SQL queries against raw clickstream/hit-level data.
* Deep experience implementing and working with clickstream analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
* Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, report, and present strategies to business and technical audiences.
* Expert-level Excel capabilities (data manipulation, advanced formulas, modeling).
* Strong dashboarding and data storytelling experience; proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
* Statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing concepts, procedures, and reporting.
* Customer-first mindset and extreme attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, or technical field. Advanced degree is a plus.
