Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing case updates.
  • Prepare, format, and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Maintain and organize client records both digitally and in hard copy.
  • Support attorneys in case preparation by collecting and organizing evidence, medical records, and relevant documentation.
  • Organize and oversee attorneys' schedules, arrange meetings, depositions, court dates, and other commitments.
  • Compose and dispatch professional messages to clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other involved parties.
  • Handle general office tasks including phone calls, email management, filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations, adhering to all relevant laws.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal administrative role within the personal injury law sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with legal case management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
