Key Responsibilities:
The Radiology Administrative Assistant will undertake essential clerical tasks within the Radiology Department, which include:

  • Answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries.
  • Welcoming patients and preparing necessary documentation for outpatient services.
  • Organizing and maintaining patient records and reports.
  • Demonstrating familiarity with common Radiology terminology.
  • Exhibiting excellent telephone manners and providing a friendly reception to patients and visitors.
  • Assisting with clerical duties using office equipment, computers, and PACS (Picture Archive and Communication System).
  • Performing errands throughout the facility as needed.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

  1. A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
  2. Familiarity with Radiology terminology is advantageous.
  3. A High School diploma or equivalent is required for all new hires.
