Position Highlights

The in Dallas, Oregon, is hiring a Family/Civil Case Management/Set-Aside Clerk (Court Operations Specialist).

You will also accept and process motions, declarations, and orders to set-aside. Schedule contested set-aside cases. Process case management, which will include tracking for strict timelines and objections.

Process and fulfill court records request using the case management system, Odyssey. Along with records requests via for the record (FTR), microfiche, or paper files. Review confidential and in-camera records to determine if they need to be archived, destroyed, or returned to the agency that provided the records.

Lastly, you will assist the front counter by interacting with customers, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and accept and receipt payments of costs, fees, fines, and other monies. Assist all customers with any inquiries and explain court procedures.

We will cross-train you on all aspects of court operations, so you can assist wherever needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per work week.

  • Frequent phone and in-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds.
